ATCO provides conditional offer letters, meaning that you have been selected for the role based on your demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities. However, to start working with ATCO officially, you must pass the necessary pre-employment requirements for the position.
Once you sign your offer letter, the necessary pre-employment requirements will be initiated for you to complete.
