Role Description:

ATCO Structures is looking for Construction Workers to join the team in our Calgary Manufacturing Facility where our modular units are assembled. If you enjoy constructing, renovating, erecting and repairing of buildings made of wood, wood substitutes and other materials within a manufacturing setting, this may the next career opportunity for you. The wage for this role is $20.97 per hour to start and will increase to $24.91 per hour after 60 calendar days.



  • Assist in the assembly of modular building components including floors, walls and roofs
  • Assist in the installation of sheeting materials including sub floors, wall sheeting and roofing sheeting using various materials
  • Assist in the assembly of doors, windows, trim, and mill work including the hardware and painting
  • Gather material needed for assembly of modular units
  • Pre-assembly of components
  • Installation of small finishing items
  • Clean and detail units
  • Read and interpret blue prints
  • Use hand and power tools
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Other duties as assigned


  • A minimum of 2+ Years of Construction Experience is required
  • Ability to work safely with a wide variety of hand and power tools as well as material
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints
  • Basic skills in communicating with the English language, including written, spoken and comprehension
  • Must be able to lift and carry 55 pounds


Final candidates will be required to undergo a Security Clearance Check. This position has been identified as risk/safety sensitive and will require completion of a pre-employment alcohol & drug test.
