QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have Red Seal Certification
  • 3-4 years’ experience as Chef in the hotel/restaurant industry
  • Advanced BC Food Safe Certificate is Required
  • Professional communication skills, oral, and written
  • Ability to work with and supervise other kitchen employees
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Work well under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Effectively solve problems
